Frankie Santos Fritz is a community organizer and a local government legislative analyst running for City Council in the November 4th election.
An organizer in Maryland for over 8 years, Frankie was drawn to Greenbelt by its rich history and culture of cooperation and is a proud member of Greenbelt Homes Incorporated ("GHI), the Coop Supermarket and Pharmacy, and the Greenbelt Cinema. Frankie has organized extensively on labor, environment, housing, and tax justice issues with the Metro DC Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), and served as chair of the Prince George's County and Montgomery County branches.
A first generation college student raised in New Jersey by his grandparents, a United States postal worker and a teaching assistant, Frankie attended the George Washington University and received a Bachelor's of Arts in History with a minor in Sustainability.
As our values and way of life come under attack from the Trump Administration, we must do everything we can to fight for a Greenbelt that is inclusive and affordable for all of our residents.

Frankie is asking for the votes of every Greenbelt resident and would love to hear from you!
